power up shake


How do you like this?  Looks delicious doesn't it?  How about blending it in a smoothie for a pre-workout power breakfast?

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup of strawberries
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/3 cup of banana
1/2 scoop of whey protein
1 scoop of oatmeal powder (grind oats)
3-5 ice cubes

Blend thoroughly.  Enjoy!  Lace up and then power up!
